Fees for services
Initial Consultation (by phone)
I offer free phone consultations so that you can get to know me a bit and determine if I seem like a good fit for you and your goals. To schedule, click here.
15-20 mins | FREE
One-on-one therapy
(in-person or virtual)
We’ll spend our first session talking about all things you, your concerns, and your goals. We’ll discuss how you want to move forward and discuss options for therapy.
45-50 mins | $150
Payment
I currently do not accept insurance (superbill provided for you to submit upon request for out-of-network benefits — see below).
I currently accept credit card or HSA/FSA. All cards are processed through a secure database.

Superbills
Depending on your insurance plan, you may have “out-of-network benefits” (contact your insurance to determine out-of-network benefits). If your insurance provider confirms that you have out-of-networks benefits, you may have the ability to be reimbursed for some of the costs you paid for out-of-pocket by submitting a “superbill.” A superbill is a detailed list of services that you received and payments that were made. The amount you may be reimbursed for your out-of-pocket payments depends on your out of network benefits. For more information about superbills, click here.
